While you are welcome to submit an entire paper, we recommend submission of an introduction containing your topic concept first. With an introduction, an editor can assess your topic and grant preliminary (not final) approval.

To submit your paper, please email editors at semj dot org. Our editors keep all papers confidential until the journal is published. Email correspondence is the record of your content and it's submittal date. Feel free to contact our editors by phone. If you miss us, do leave a message providing a phone number where we can return your call. You should receive one within two business days during which you can discuss your paper idea.
